Does CoolSculpting® ELITE hurt?

Coolsculpting discomfort is mostly experienced during the treatment itself. After 5 minutes of cooling the treated area goes numb. It’s possible to feel some discomfort from the numbness caused by the freezing applicator. When the cycle is finished, the treated area will be massaged for 2 minutes, which often is the most uncomfortable part of the procedure, but most of our patients find this very bearable.

Who can have EMSCULPT NEO?

EMSCULPT NEO is suitable for anyone looking to build muscle and reduce fat to get defined abs or a non-invasive buttock lift. If you are not seeing results after long hours in the gym, and feel like you could use some help achieving your desired look, EMSCULPT NEO is for you. This treatment is suitable for all genders and skin types, however it is not appropriate for those with a history of cardiac issues, a pacemaker or recent surgery to the area.

What can I expect during my treatments?

Your treatment plan will begin with a thorough complimentary consultation at Cavendish Clinic with one of our highly experienced  aesthetic practitioners. After discussing your treatment goals and a body assessment, we will create a tailored treatment plan to help you achieve your EMSCULPT goals.

The treatment is completely non-invasive and requires no recovery time or any preparation or after care. Treatments last 30 minutes, with a minimum of 4 sessions diarised  2-3 days apart. During treatment the sensation of EMSCULPT is like an intensive workout in the gym. You can feel it working! Most patients relax during treatment and catch up on some rest or watch Netflix with us.

Is it painful and what will my skin be like afterwards?

Before the procedure commences a topical anaesthetic is applied to your skin to ensure your comfort. Immediately after the treatment, it’s normal for the skin to look as though you have mild sunburn and it may feel warm and tingly. These reactions start to subside after a few hours and most skins recover completely within a 24-48 hour period.*

I’m new to dermal fillers, is there a ‘cooling off’ period?

At Cavendish Clinic, we want to ensure that our customers fully understand their treatment of choice, including any risks, and that they have clear and realistic expectations of the results, particularly when it is their first time experiencing an injectable treatment.

Every customer will receive a complimentary consultation during which they can ask any questions they may have, and we also give a one week ‘cooling off’ period to empower any new customers to make informed decisions about their future treatments.

Cavendish believes in a 360 approach when it comes to skin health, so during this period we offer a complimentary Cavendish HydraFacial to refresh your complexion, and optimise the rejuvenating effects of your upcoming injectables treatment.

What is the 8-point facelift?

The 8-point non-surgical facelift is a specialised procedure using dermal fillers to create an all over lifted effect. Using an advanced technique, eight specific areas of the face are targeted to restore volume and contours resulting in a refreshed, natural finish.*

Taking around an hour, the treatment incurs minimal downtime and patients can leave the clinic almost immediately. Results can last for up to 18 months and, combined with other effective non-invasive anti-ageing treatments, make it suitable for those who opt not to have surgery.*

Contact us today to book a full face mapping consultation with one of our highly experienced doctors. We also offer combination treatments such as Ultherapy, Tixel,  Exilis Elite skin tightening or one of our specialist medi-facials to complement and enhance your results.*

Are fillers right for me?

Many patients choose dermal fillers as the results are natural looking and long lasting – anywhere from four to 18 months. After a single treatment, deep lines and creases appear visibly reduced, while skin looks rejuvenated and refreshed.*

Popular uses include the nasolabial lines (nose to mouth creases), fine lines around the mouth, lip plumping and enhancement of the cheeks, temples, jawline and nose. Fillers can also be helpful in correcting facial asymmetry, or to soften the appearance of ageing hands.*

Our highly experienced doctors will talk you through the best options to counter the signs of ageing, whilst giving a natural, healthy-looking result to enhance facial features and subtly turn back the clock.*

Is CoolSculpting® ELITE safe?

CoolSculpting® technology delivers precisely-controlled cooling to target the fat cells underneath the skin, whilst leaving the skin itself unaffected. It doesn’t use needles, and there is minimal downtime after treatment. Our CoolSculpting® systems are the official CoolSculpting® devices and are controlled cooling devices designed with built-in safety measures. If sensors detect that the skin is getting too cold, the system will shut down automatically. CoolSculpting® is a FDA approved treatment.
