WHAT IS PROFHILO?
The first of its kind, revolutionary Profhilo works as a injectable moisturiser for the skin filling up depleted areas and improving overall skin quality. Profhilo has a unique spreading ability which makes it ideal for difficult to treat areas like the neck, décolletage and lower face, which get a crepey look as we age. After Profhilo is injected it will spread in the skin over 30 days. Over the course of these 30 days, 4 types of collagen and elastin are produced by the slow release of Hyaluronic acid.
WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF PROFHILO?
Treatments with Profhilo help to improve skin tone, texture, hydration and overall radiance. It can help to increase firmness and elasticity and promote healthier and softer-looking skin.

FAQS
Profhilo is a type of hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler that is used to hydrate and rejuvenate the skin. Unlike traditional dermal fillers, Profhilo is known for its ability to spread and stimulate collagen and elastin production throughout the treated area.
Profhilo is injected into the skin using a specific technique. Once injected, it gradually releases hyaluronic acid, which attracts and retains water, improving skin hydration and elasticity. It also stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, which are essential for maintaining youthful skin.
Profhilo is commonly used on the face, neck, and hands to improve skin quality and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It can also be used to address skin laxity and texture issues.
Your treatment plan will begin with a thorough complimentary consultation at Cavendish Clinic with one of our highly experienced Aesthetic Doctors or Nurses. After discussing your treatment goals and a body assessment, we will create a tailored treatment plan to help you achieve your aesthetic goals. As with all injectable treatments there is always a risk of bruising. There may be some swelling or a bruise at the injection sites which normally resolves in a few hours or the next few days. You can usually return to work immediately after treatment.
Profhilo normally involves 2 treatment sessions spaced 4 weeks apart. Expect to see a gradual intense hydration, improvement in lines and quality of skin, and a gradual lifting and tightening of the skin. In younger patients, there is mostly and improvement of the skin envelope and in older patients it fills in depleted areas of skin. It’s quite a magical treatment. Start your Profhilo journey now with a consultation.
Most patients report minimal discomfort during Profhilo injections. The needles used are very fine, and some practitioners may use numbing creams or local anesthesia to minimize any discomfort.
Profhilo is considered safe when administered by trained and experienced medical professionals. As with any medical procedure, there are risks and potential side effects, so it’s essential to consult with a qualified practitioner to discuss your suitability for the treatment and address any concerns.
At Cavendish Clinic, we want to ensure that our customers fully understand their treatment of choice, including any risks, and that they have clear and realistic expectations of the results, particularly when it is their first time experiencing an injectable treatment. Every customer will receive a complimentary consultation during which they can ask any questions they may have, and we also give a one week ‘cooling off’ period to empower any new customers to make informed decisions about their future treatments. Cavendish believes in a 360 approach when it comes to skin health, so during this period we offer a complimentary Cavendish HydraFacial to refresh your complexion, and optimise the rejuvenating effects of your upcoming injectables treatment.
Side effects are generally mild and temporary. They may include redness, swelling, bruising, and slight tenderness at the injection sites. These usually resolve within a few days.
